1. Purpose of the Application

TripLog is designed to assist drivers in recording vehicle logs for work, business, or personal purposes, and estimating tax deductions. The application and its estimations do not constitute formal tax or legal advice.

2. Compliance with ATO Guidelines

While TripLog formats reports to match ATO requirements, it is the user's responsibility to verify that their logs, descriptions, and odometer entries are complete and accurate. Sqaner Tech Pty Ltd is not liable for audit failures or rejected claims by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

3. Device Compatibility & GPS Accuracy

GPS tracking accuracy is dependent on your mobile hardware, OS settings, and satellite signal availability. You are advised to verify your start and stop address entries and odometer values to ensure logs remain correct.

4. Limitation of Liability

TripLog is provided "as is". Sqaner Tech Pty Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or financial losses resulting from app failures, hardware errors, or location tracking drops.
